All Search Recruiting is working with a large commercial real estate firm that has a local location in Walnut Creek, CA. They are looking to bring on a Senior Leasing Assistant that works directly with their Vice President of Leasing.
This role is an administrative back-office role, not a sales role. Our client is looking for someone that is extremely organized, has worked with contracts and has a great eye for detail. The position works in the office Monday
- Friday in Walnut Creek, CA.
- Prepare all lease documents, modifications, proposals & correspondence; serve as an initial leasing point‑of‑contact by providing leasing information, pricing and marketing materials to prospective tenants and brokers.
- Assist team members with various support duties such as lease‑related research, tracking of key dates, Deal Connect, data entry, and other leasing actions; field department calls while providing excellent customer service.
- Create presentations, reports and other marketing materials while serving as the liaison to the marketing department; manage Facebook pages for redevelopments and our featured centers.
- Utilize a variety of software packages to prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, etc., and maintain leasing databases.
- Assist the Leasing team with select lease renewals and new deals as needed.
- Attend local networking events to build relationships with local tenants/brokers as directed.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (e.g., paralegal certification) is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- 3+ years of related administrative and/or marketing experience in a professional environment.
- Prior experience with contract and/or lease documentation.
- Basic understanding of contract language and real estate leasing operations.
- Solid quantitative skills.
- Intermediate level proficiency with current Microsoft Office software, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Bluebeam, Docusign and/or Hot Docs is a plus.
- Base salary in the 75k - 80k/year range
