24hours) - Supervise Administrative Managers ,legal assistants,receptionists,office coordinators/supervisors,administrative assistants,and interns.
- Assessstaffperformance,provide coaching/guidanceandaddressperformanceissueswhenneeded,conductannualperformancereviewsofdirectreports.
- Understandandabletoperformbasicemployeerelations.
- Recruit,interviewandhire:review/vet resumes,conductandcoordinateinterviews,andobtainfinalapprovalforhiring.
- Employeeonboardingduties(determineofficeseating,ensureofficeservicesandIThavesetupoffice/workstationandcreatedrequiredUseraccounts) andoffboardingduties.
- Partnerwithbusinessleadersensuringneedsfromdifferentdepartmentsarebeingmet.
- Collaboratewiththedevelopmentandimplementationoftrainingforassignedstaff.
- Workcloselywithfirmwide Directors and Managerstoimplementandimprovefirmpoliciesandprocedures .
- Ensuretheofficesarefunctional,safe,andadequatelystockedwithnecessarysupplies.
- Interactwithpropertymanagersandmanagevendorsinsupportofofficeoperations.
- Plan,scheduleandpromoteofficeevents(e.g.monthly breakfasts,happy hours,holiday parties,staff meetings,partnership meetings).
- Sometravelrequired;otherdutiesasassigned.
Education, Experience, and
Skills:
- Bachelor’sdegreeinbusinessadministration,management,orrelatedfieldpreferred.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlywithlittletonosupervisionandperforminafast-paced,dynamicworkenvironment.
- Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithalllevelsofmanagement.
- Abilitytoworkwithsensitiveinformationwhilemaintainingconfidentiality.
- ProficiencywithMSOffice.
Strong Excelskillsand Docu Signskillspreferred . - Excellentorganizationalskillsforoptimalworkflowandefficiency.
