A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join its Walnut Creek office. This role offers the opportunity to support attorneys and office operations in a collaborative, professional environment while gaining exposure to legal, administrative, marketing, and client-facing responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to attorneys and office personnel.
Coordinate meetings, depositions, travel arrangements, and conference logistics.
Edit and proofread correspondence and legal documents.
Manage CRM updates, contact lists, expense reports, and administrative projects.
Track CLE requirements, memberships, and attorney registrations.
Handle time entry, engagement letters, and notary responsibilities.
Assist with office operations and special projects as needed.
Prior administrative experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office; iManage experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and attention to detail.
Must be local to the Walnut Creek area and able to work onsite during the training period.
