About

the Position

The People & Culture Administrative Intern is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities.

United Business Bank is seeking a People & Culture Administrative Intern to help our team organize employee records and support day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands‑on role for a college junior, rising senior, or recent graduate interested in gaining experience in human resources.

What you’ll do
  • Organize, scan, file, and audit employee documents and records.
  • Enter, review, and update information in our HR systems.
  • Help transfer and organize records during our HRIS transition.
  • Track paperwork and follow up on missing information.
  • Support the People & Culture team with other administrative projects as needed.
What we’re looking for
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with a high volume of documents and data.
  • Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with care.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is helpful but not required.
  • Availability for a three- to four-month assignment.
