- As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Maintain appearance and performance of vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior as needed, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries when necessary.
- Performs timely inspections ensuring all vehicles are locked and properly secured.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience preferred
Pay: $20 - $25 / hour
