You will play a key role supporting Kinder’s by designing, implementing, optimizing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes

We are looking for a highly detail‑oriented Sr. Process Engineer to assist in development, control, and documentation of food manufacturing process to assure we produce top quality food with consistency

• Develop and optimize production processes in partnership with co‑manufacturers
• Identify inconsistencies and assist in continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions
• Travel to co‑manufacturing sites to support trial and first production activities
• Support onboarding of new co‑manufacturers including process transfer and validation
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to drive data‑based decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills, outside the box thinking
• Willingness and ability to travel (50%)
• 5-7 years experience in process engineering or food manufacturing

Location & Pay Transparency

This position will be based onsite in Walnut Creek, CA.
Additionally, it will involve 50% travel; predominantly in the U.S. The expected starting salary range for this role is $115,000–$130,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and business needs.
