Director of Construction Services

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Walnut Creek, CA, with the flexibility to work from home on some occasions. The Director of Construction Services will oversee and manage construction projects, including budgeting, project management, and on-site supervision. Responsibilities include creating project plans, managing schedules, coordinating with teams and clients, ensuring quality and safety standards, and facilitating project progress from inception to completion.

Maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency will also be critical aspects of this role.

• Expertise in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects
• Proven experience in Project Management, including timeline development and resource allocation
• In-depth knowledge of Construction and Construction Management principles and practices
• Experience with renovation and property improvement projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with industry software and project management tools is an asset
