Airway-Focused Orthodontic Practice

We are a growing, airway-centered orthodontic practice seeking an experienced, personable, and highly organized Treatment Coordinator to lead our new patient journey from initial visit through case acceptance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-facing leadership position, enjoys case organization and presentation, and values comprehensive, airway-focused orthodontic care.

The Treatment Coordinator serves as the primary guide for new patients, ensuring a seamless, educational, and supportive experience. This role bridges clinical and administrative responsibilities — combining patient hospitality, diagnostic coordination, case preparation, financial presentation, and follow-up communication.

• Welcome and guide new patients through their initial visit
• Provide practice tours and introduce our airway-centered philosophy
• Ensure a warm, organized, and efficient patient flow

• Capture orthodontic photographs
• Take CBCT radiographs
• Extract, organize, and prepare patient imaging from CBCT scan for doctor presentation (utilizing Dolphin Imaging and Treatment Studio software)
• Perform 3D intraoral scans using 3
  
  Shape Trios scanner
• Scribe during doctor exams and consultations

• Present customized treatment plans and financial options
• Clearly explain treatment timelines and next steps
• Answer patient questions with confidence and empathy
• Support case acceptance through education and relationship-building

• Conduct timely follow-up calls and communication with patients
• Track pending treatment decisions
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes

• Experience in orthodontics or dental treatment coordination preferred
• Familiarity with CBCT imaging
• Experience with Dolphin Imaging and/or Treatment Studio strongly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable discussing financial options and payment arrangements
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
