Overview

Nor Cal Golf Academy is the premier indoor golf instruction facility in the Bay Area. Our facility is located in Walnut Creek, California and utilizes a multitude of technology to help improve golfers ranging from the raw beginner to touring professionals. Our technology includes Gears Golf Motion capture, Trackman launch monitors, Foresight GC quad launch monitors, Quintic ball roll, putting analyzer, a Well Putt big tilt XL putting green as well as Swing Fit AI club fitting software.

This instructor would work under Tom Rezendes, who is a GOLF Magazine Teacher to Watch, a Golf Digest best teacher in state for the last 10 years, a GOLF Magazine top 50 club fitter in North America, 2019 and 2021 NCPGA club fitter of the year as well as 2024 NCPGA Teacher and coach of the year and a member of the California Golf teachers Hall of Fame.

The ideal candidate is someone who is very motivated to learn how to be a top tier instructor and has a lot of initiative and good social skills. The ideal candidate would ideally have some knowledge of club fitting, club building, and prior teaching experience.

Candidate must have some prior professional teaching experience and would preferably be a PGA class A professional. However, being a PGA professional is not required.

PTO, sick time, paid holidays off, Education allowance allotted annually, PGA dues paid for.
