We are seeking a dedicated teacher to support children’s education in a nurturing classroom environment. This role involves implementing the curriculum, creating a safe learning space, engaging with parents, and collaborating with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.

• Implement the children’s curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by working with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multi‑task effectively.
• Meet state‑specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain them.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to maintain low postures for visual contact with children and to engage in physical activity with them.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English for communication with children and their parents.

Range of pay: $18.50 – $18.50 per hour. In Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium is provided for all classroom hours.
