The Driving School Instructor at Pass N Go Driving will provide behind the wheel training. This is a full-time/part time, role, involving daily in-vehicle training, safety demonstrations, and supervised practice in various driving conditions. The instructor will teach driving techniques, regulations, and best practices, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve. Additional responsibilities include maintaining training vehicles, completing required documentation and progress reports, and ensuring all instruction follows state and federal safety standards.

The role also involves regular communication with students and staff, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting a positive, respectful learning environment.

• Experienced Driver with Class C license.
• Valid Class C license with a clean driving record and familiarity with relevant regulations.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
• Customer Service experience, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and a learner-focused approach.
• Previous experience as a driving instructor or trainer is beneficial.
• Knowledge of road safety practices, defensive driving techniques.
• Ability to travel during working hours including flexible scheduling such as mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in driver education or training are a plus.
