This role involves supporting the Area Business Group Managers in delivering services within the market sector, focusing on client management, project delivery, and business development.

• Serve as the Client Manager, Principal-In-Charge, Project Manager, or a key project leader for selected clients.
• Assist with contract review to ensure risk management and quality assurance.
• Drive technical excellence and support project delivery and marketing efforts.
• Implement process improvements and leverage organizational work sharing.
• Coordinate staffing and recruiting plans with leadership.
• Ensure project delivery and support QA/QC programs.
• Manage large or complex projects with high technical requirements.
• Monitor market sector performance indicators.

• Manage and develop client relationships and project pursuits.
• Assess market opportunities and lead business pursuits.
• Promote HDR services and enhance market practices.
• Build relationships with industry counterparts and client leadership.
• Participate in industry associations and community organizations.

• Experience with Fortune 500 Tech companies.
• Knowledge of data center and semi-conductor lab power/cooling concepts.
• Understanding of data center design principles.
• Experience in site selection for tech facilities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, planning, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• Engineering registration if applicable.
• Experience in strategic marketing and client relationship management.
• Leadership in staff development and industry involvement.
