Duties:
With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for the following:
Integrate AI-driven methodologies, including large language models (LLMs) and optimization algorithms, to enhance structural engineering software capabilities in areas such as Automated structural modeling, Structural design optimization, Predictive analysis through surrogate modeling. Validate and benchmark computational models through advanced research, comparative studies, and large-scale testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and suitability for release in real-world structural engineering applications. Be responsible for the complete feature development cycle, including exhaustive technical research, requirements analysis, algorithm design, implementation, testing, and technical documentation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineers, software developers, and QA testers—to ensure the successful development, integration, and delivery of structural engineering software features.

Requirements:
Requires master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Advanced Computational & Civil Engineering, Computational Engineering, or a related field. Requires 1 year of experience in job offered or as a Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Researcher, or a related field. Required experience must include experience in SAP
2000, ETABS, Python, Num Py, Sci Py, Tensor Flow, PyTorch.

SALARY: $161,637/YEAR; 40 HRS/WEEK
