In the role of Project Controls Analyst, we'll count on you to:

• Use processes and tools established on projects
• Develop and assist in preparation of schedules
• Prepare various reports
• Coordinate information flow between project participants, including subconsultants, and if appropriate between project team and the client
• Demonstrate understanding of project controls tools including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Assist in schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
• Assist in costs estimate development and review
• Monitor, update and review financial data
• Coordinate and maintain project documentation
• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, engineering or related field
• Certifications (one or more): AEP, CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, EIT
• Ability to interpret construction schedules
• Skilled in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in multidisciplinary engineering design and construction
• Strong decision-making skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $35.07 to $56.85 hourly and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
