Job Summary

Job Summary The primary focus of a Client Service Specialist is to provide excellent follow-through and operational support to the Wealth Management team in servicing and delivering on the needs of high-net-worth clients. You will have a direct impact on the client experience and be vital to the success of the organization. You will be a member of a dynamic team in a collaborative, client-focused environment using strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Functions
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative support for one or more Wealth Advisors, including answering inbound calls and email requests, scheduling, and gathering client data for ongoing service processes
  • Ensure all paperwork and procedures for client requests are completed and adhere to compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal operation departments to fulfill client requests
  • Manage client deposits
  • Maintain data integrity across all systems and update as necessary
  • Research client issues in cooperation with back-office operation partners
  • Onboard new clients, process transfer paperwork, set up new accounts while coordinating with the wealth management team, custodians and Envestnet (where appropriate)
  • Other duties as needed
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Five years of job-related experience
  • Financial services industry experience required
  • Prior experience in an office environment with a customer-service focus helpful
  • Notary designation a plus
  • Eligible to pursue a CFP designation
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client focus and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and build positive internal and external relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills; prior use of CRM system (Salesforce) a plus
  • Strong desire for continuous self-learning and professional growth
Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Conditions

Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing and sitting; assigned to a work station.

Base pay is within the stated range and depends on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, skills, and licenses/certifications. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation through Mercer Advisors’ programs.

Compensation

Base Pay Range
$63,754.25 - $75,005 USD
