Client Service Associate| Wealth Management Firm| Walnut Creek| Hybrid; 2 days onsite

You'll work closely with senior advisors and play a meaningful role as the team continues to grow and improve processes.

Responsibilities

+ Prepare estate and trust summaries and review entity structures

+ Draft client-ready materials and handle internal requests

+ Track deliverables, manage workflows, and coordinate calendars

+ Serve as a point of contact for select inquiries

+ Conduct research and provide analytical support to the Tax and Estate Planning team

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field

+ Strong analytical skills and solid Excel proficiency

+ Detail-oriented with strong ownership of deadlines

+ Clear, professional communication skills

+ Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
