This role is responsible for providing client service support to multiple Financial Advisors (FAs) and for serving as the primary point of contact within Merrill to address all service needs of their clients.
Responsibilities- Support enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy within the FA's business.
- Provide excellent client service by educating clients on all bank services and banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials, following up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist in aligning practices with the bank's policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by emphasizing the bank's offerings and promoting banking integration into day-to-day practices.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal increases.
- Lead with a client‑first mindset in all interactions.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information and technology platforms.
- Currently holding or pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
- Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
- Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with changing responsibilities.
- Detail oriented and demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Exhibits sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

- Pay Range: $25.00 – $44.00 hourly (dependent on experience, education, and skill set).

Walnut Creek, CA – 1331 N CALIFORNIA BLVD. - Eligible for annual discretionary incentive and benefits.
