Position: Business Banking Treasury Management Advisor - Relationship Manager I

Position Overview

As a Treasury Management Advisor within PNC’s Business Banking organization, you will be based in our Northern California Market. This role focuses on relationship management of existing and new clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.

Responsibilities
  • Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
  • Work with clients of basic risk and complexity levels.
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Originate, conduct financial analysis, negotiate and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
  • Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of client needs and financial well‑being to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Build effective internal and external relationships (community or industry) to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
  • Present the full range of PNC products and services, ensuring clients receive a comprehensive banking experience.
  • Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal policies.

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, certification(s) and experience (including military service).
  • Work Experience:

    3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Certifications:

    None required.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $82,500.00 – $. This role is incentive eligible based on company, business and/or individual performance.
