Role Overview
Concentric Innovation - an affiliate of Pathstone Family Office, LLC - is a $13+ billion investment management firm specializing in customized direct indexing and integrated portfolio solutions for independent RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors. The Investment Analyst plays a hands-on role on the investment team, owning day-to-day portfolio rebalancing and contributing to the firm's investment technology.
Key Responsibilities- Execute daily and periodic portfolio rebalancing across client accounts
- Monitor rebalancing and trading activity, investigate exceptions, and resolve issues with the team
- Partner with trading, operations, and client services teams on account-level issues and onboarding
- Contribute to the firm's Python codebase powering rebalancing, trade generation, and reporting
- Identify and implement workflow improvements as the investment process evolves
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Math, CS, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Finance, or Economics)
- 0-3 years of experience; prior finance experience a plus but not required
- Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and data-handling skills
- Interest in developing Python and systematic investment process skills
