The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education, helping customers meet their beauty goals and building loyalty in-store and digitally.
Responsibilities- Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations tailored to customers.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the department organized and customer-ready while building customer loyalty.
- Stay informed about beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills, with the drive to achieve sales goals.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
