Schedule: Monday - Friday
Compensation: $
68.00–70.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)
Rossmoor Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our premier in‑house therapy team. We are looking for a clinician with at least one year of experience who is ready to provide high‑level diagnostic and therapeutic services in a collaborative, fast‑paced rehabilitation setting.

- Comprehensive Diagnostics: Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, ensuring physician approval for all services.
- Clinical Excellence: Deliver evidence‑based treatments and adjust protocols as necessary to meet evolving resident needs.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a clinical preceptor for affiliating student programs and CFY clinicians, providing expert guidance and supervision.
- Interdisciplinary
Collaboration:
Participate in Patient Care Conferences, Utilization Review (UR), and Rehabilitation meetings to ensure integrated care. - Education & Training: Lead in‑service training for facility staff and provide specialized caregiver training and maintenance programs for families during discharge planning.
- Compliance: Maintain precise documentation, including evaluations and progress notes, in strict accordance with the SLP Board State Practice Act and payer requirements.
