We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Licensed Speech Therapists (STs) for multiple territories

Available Territories & Pay Structure- Alameda County & West Contra Costa County — Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE;
Coverage Area:
Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo - East Contra Costa County — Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE;
Coverage Area:
Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood - Tri Valley Area — Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE;
Coverage Area:
Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville

- Supportive and collaborative back-office staff
- Provide in-home speech therapy services in accordance with the individualized plan of care.
- Perform evaluations and ongoing assessments to support patient progress.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

- Current California Speech Therapy License (Required)
- Home Health
Experience:
1 year (Preferred) - Current CA Driver’s License
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
