We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Licensed Speech Therapists (STs) for multiple territories

• Alameda County & West Contra Costa County — Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE;
  Coverage Area:
  Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo
• East Contra Costa County — Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE;
  Coverage Area:
  Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood
• Tri Valley Area — Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE;
  Coverage Area:
  Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville

• Provide in-home speech therapy services in accordance with the individualized plan of care.
• Perform evaluations and ongoing assessments to support patient progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Current California Speech Therapy License (Required)
• Home Health
  
  Experience:
  
  1 year (Preferred)
• Current CA Driver’s License
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
