Resident Services Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Walnut Creek, CA, for a Resident Services Supervisor (RSS). The RSS will be responsible for overseeing resident medication program with direct reports, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining consistent communication with residents and their families. Key responsibilities include supervising medication technicians, facilitating training, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to residents via our medication program for both assisted living and life guidance.

• Licesnsed Vocational Nurse with strong supervisory skills and experience in managing and motivating teams.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
• Complete as needed resident assessments and reassessments
• Staff Scheduling/cover on the floor as needed
• Previous experience working in senior living or a related field is a plus
• RSS reports to the Resident Services Director
