Job Overview
Stability Healthcare seeks a contract RN specializing in Infection Control for a 26‑week assignment in Walnut Creek, California.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor infection control protocols.
- Identify patients at risk and take precautions to prevent spread.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on infection prevention.
- Ensure hand hygiene, PPE use, isolation precautions, environmental cleaning and disinfection, and infection surveillance.
- Collaborate with infection preventionists, environmental services, and other healthcare professionals.
- Registered Nurse license (RN).
- Specialty in Infection Control.
- Contract duration: 26 weeks.
- 40 hours per week (8‑hour days).
- Local contract employment.
- $600 travel bonus.
- Day‑1 health insurance with United Healthcare.
- PTO starting day 1 (use during contract or cash out).
- Guaranteed stipend if facility cancels.
- Extra hourly bonus for overtime.
- Guaranteed hours.
- Benefits begin day 1.
