Well established Bay Area General Contractor is looking to a for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. This role is primarily REMOTE with some periodic onsite meetings and events. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction payroll (certified payroll) and be local to the Bay Area. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Expected starting base salary $110,000to $130,000 per year.

Job Description:

Full cycle payroll for Admin and Union employees (weekly)
Weekly HSA payments
Analyzing data to ensure accuracy
Union fringes
Review benefit invoices, prepare check requests and ensure payment
401K administration (safe harbor contributions, pension contributions, annual 401k)
Workers Comp calculations
LCP Tracker/Certified Payrolls
UCIP/OCIP reporting
Payroll-related account reconciliations

Requirements:

5+ years Payroll construction payroll experience
Certified Payroll experience
Experience with payroll systems
- Work Force Ready a plus
Experience with Construction Accounting systems
