Job Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Optimize payroll workflows and reporting using Workday and other relevant systems.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and support audits.
- Generate payroll reports and provide insights to support financial planning and analysis.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in payroll administration.
- Hands-on experience with Workday payroll systems and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel and other payroll-related software tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for working across departments and with external vendors.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
