Regional Administrative Managerinour Walnut Creek Office .The Regional Administrative Managersupervisesagroupoflegalsupportstaffandprovidessupportforofficeoperationsforassignedofficelocations .Thepositionprovidesleadershiptopersonnelsupportingtheattorneysofthe Firm.

Theprimarypurposeistoensureallattorneyshavethenecessaryassistanceandphysicalworkenvironmentsuitableforthepracticeoflaw.

  • Supervise Administrative Managers ,legal assistants,receptionists,office coordinators/supervisors,administrative assistants,and interns.
  • Assessstaffperformance,provide coaching/guidanceandaddressperformanceissueswhenneeded,conductannualperformancereviewsofdirectreports.
  • Understandandabletoperformbasicemployeerelations.
  • Recruit,interviewandhire:review/vet resumes,conductandcoordinateinterviews,andobtainfinalapprovalforhiring.
  • Employeeonboardingduties(determineofficeseating,ensureofficeservicesandIThavesetupoffice/workstationandcreatedrequiredUseraccounts) andoffboardingduties.
  • Partnerwithbusinessleadersensuringneedsfromdifferentdepartmentsarebeingmet.
  • Collaboratewiththedevelopmentandimplementationoftrainingforassignedstaff.
  • Workcloselywithfirmwide Directors and Managerstoimplementandimprovefirmpoliciesandprocedures .
  • Ensuretheofficesarefunctional,safe,andadequatelystockedwithnecessarysupplies.
  • Interactwithpropertymanagersandmanagevendorsinsupportofofficeoperations.
  • Plan,scheduleandpromoteofficeevents(e.g.monthly breakfasts,happy hours,holiday parties,staff meetings,partnership meetings).
  • Sometravelrequired;otherdutiesasassigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor’sdegreeinbusinessadministration,management,orrelatedfieldpreferred.
  • Abilitytoworkindependentlywithlittletonosupervisionandperforminafast-paced,dynamicworkenvironment.
  • Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithalllevelsofmanagement.
  • Abilitytoworkwithsensitiveinformationwhilemaintainingconfidentiality.
  • ProficiencywithMSOffice.
