Our client, a leader in the IT industry, is seeking a IT Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a IT Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

IT Senior Business Systems Analyst

Remote (Eastern Standard Time)

• Lead and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions among business and technical users.
• Document customer business requirements through formal Business Analysis processes.
• Analyze and review existing computer system capabilities and workflow to determine feasibility of requested changes.
• Coordinate projects from development through implementation, working with IT teams, clients, and vendors.
• Support operations systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance of existing applications.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database management systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and tasks effectively.
