Epic Certified Health Information Management (HIM) Senior Analyst will bring experience managing applications, with a strong background in day‑to‑day operations, client stakeholder relationships, and collaboration with offshore teams. This role demands both technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to ensure the delivery of high‑quality support and enhancements in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for application workflows and configurations.
• Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests per defined SLAs.
• Serve as a liaison with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment of system capabilities with business needs.
• Coordinate with offshore support teams, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain system documentation, including workflows, build specifications, and testing protocols.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on ongoing work, potential risks, and resource needs.
• Support the teams working on other applications.

• A minimum of two years of experience as an Epic Certified Health Information Management (HIM) Senior Analyst, including managing applications, day‑to‑day operations, client stakeholder relationships, and offshore collaboration.
• Current Epic HIM Certification.
• High school diploma or GED.

Hourly Salary Range:
California $48.00 to $55.00. Cleveland $48.00 to $55.00. Colorado $48.00 to $55.00. District of Columbia $48.00 to $55.00. Illinois $48.00 to $55.00. Maryland $48.00 to $55.00. Massachusetts $48.00 to $55.00. Minnesota $48.00 to $55.00. New York $48.00 to $55.00. New Jersey $48.00 to $55.00. Washington $48.00 to $55.00. Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. Position available until 06/18/2026.
