Data Analyst, Systems Engineer
The Industrial Water Subject Matter Specialist provides high-level advisory support through deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and a consultative approach. This role collaborates with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to inform decision-making, guide complex technical considerations, and support strategic initiatives. The Technical Services Affiliate applies knowledge of emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements and actively contributes to thought leadership within the organization.
Engagement is on a limited and as needed basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to provide technical insight, professional judgment, and consultative guidance.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge and strong business acumen to inform strategy, assess complex issues, and support sound decision-making.
- Advise on emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to technical services.
- Contribute to organizational thought leadership through knowledge sharing, dialogue, and subject matter insight.
- Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced technical expertise within a relevant technical services discipline.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to apply technical knowledge in a business-aware, consultative manner.
- Advanced communication skills with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and adapt engagement based on organizational needs.
- Typically, a minimum of 20+ years of professional experience in related role is required.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or relevant related field required.
Compensation and LocationSalary Range:
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A: $69.20 - $94.30
Location B: $75.90 - $103.90
Location C: $82.60 - $113.50
