Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 2121 N. California Boulevard, Walnut Creek, CA.

This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Solutions Engineer Executive Advisor develops and deploys Business Intelligence (BI) reports, dashboards and visualizations.

How you will make an impact:

* Access and process required data from enterprise database systems.

* Engage with business stakeholders to understand the required business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and review feasible designs for approval.

* Review BI solution design with business stakeholders.

* Resolve metrics and dashboard bugs and develop and integrate customer-discovered bugs.

* Participate in BI solution testing, release and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study.

* Nine (9) years of experience in related occupation(s).

* Nine (9) years of experience must include:

* Nine (9) years of experience working in information technology.

Additional Requirements:

* Eight (8) years of experience developing Business Intelligence solutions, reports, and dashboards using Tableau and SQL.

* Eight (8) years of experience accessing data to process and formulate calculations for delivering business metrics and KPIs from data stored in Teradata, Oracle or Hadoop.

* Six (6) years of experience communicating with business customers, understanding business requirements, organizing project meetings, and leading design reviews with business customers.

* Six (6) years of experience working on project scope and defining technical specifications for functional requirements, new feature development, and enhancements to existing solutions.

* Six (6) years of experiencer fixing bugs.

* Six (6) years of experience participating in all aspects of project life cycle from requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, releasing, and maintaining Business Intelligence and visualization solutions

* Two (2) years of experience with HTML and JavaScript to deliver visualization solutions.
