We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Systems Analyst
with Net Suite Administration and Helpdesk support experience to support our Net Suite ERP platform and lead systems analysis initiatives. This hybrid role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Net Suite while also analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Design and propose IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to implement system enhancements.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and user training.
- Create user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Administer and maintain the Net Suite ERP system
, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations. - Develop and manage saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business operations.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage data integrity, and perform regular audits.
- Coordinate Net Suite updates, testing, and deployment of new features.
- Support integrations with third‑party applications and ensure seamless data flow.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Net Suite administration and/or systems analysis.
- Strong understanding of Net Suite modules (Finance, CRM, FSM, Inventory, etc.).
- Experience with Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and business process modeling.
- Previous Helpdesk Support experience - Tier 1 - Tier 3
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project‑management skills.
- Experience with ERP implementation or optimization projects.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project‑management methodologies.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language.

Pay Rate
: $50 - $53 per hour
