You Are:

An experienced One Stream Functional Consultant with strong finance process knowledge and hands-on One Stream configuration experience.

You lead functional design, configuration, and delivery of One Stream solutions - translating business and finance requirements into platform configurations that meet operational and reporting objectives.

You mentor junior consultants, drive platform best practices, and work closely with functional leads, technical leads and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality EPM solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.

The Work:

* Lead functional requirement gathering sessions with finance, accounting, FP&A, and controllership teams.

* Lead functional design sessions and produce Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and configuration workbooks.

* Define dimension hierarchies, chart of accounts mapping, and intercompany elimination rules.

* Design and configure One Stream applications including workflows, metadata, account structures, and consolidation logic.

* Configure financial close workflows, task management, and ownership structures within One Stream Close Manager.

* Configure and validate currency translation, equity pickup, and minority interest calculations.

* Coordinate with developers to translate functional designs into technical Business Rules and Data Management workflows.

* Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and defect management/triage during implementation phases.

* Deliver training, training materials and post-go-live hypercare support.

* Support change management activities and work with stakeholders to drive user adoption.

* Assist in project planning, status reporting, and risk escalation.

* Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants; conduct functional reviews and enforce best practices.

* Support the new business proposal process - business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, driving client conversation/presentations to dive business opportunities.

* Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Qualification

Here's what you need:

* Minimum of 1 year experience designing and developing One Stream platforms (workflows, forms, cube views, dashboards, and quick views)

* Minimum of 3 years experience with Requirements gathering, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Training

* Minimum of 2 years working knowledge and expertise in the performance management function (consolidations or planning)

* Minimum of 3 years of functional experience of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency reporting with a solid knowledge of financial close processes, chart of accounts design, and management reporting.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating functional deliverables including Requirements, Design and Test documentation

* One Stream Certified (OCS):
Financial Close or Reports & Dashboards. (If not already certified, willingness to become certified in 6 months)

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus points if:

* You have experience in one or more of the following industries:
Industrial Manufacturing/Automotive, Energy, Consumer Goods, Retail, Public Sector, or Banking.

* You have experience with advanced One Stream capabilities;
Sensible AI, CPM Express etc.

* You have completed one of the One Stream application build courses (Application Build for Consultants or Administrators or Essentials Trainings)

* You have completed any advanced One Stream courses

* You have experience designing and/or configuring One Stream modules (SML, People Planning, CAPEX, Thing Planning, etc.)

* You have experience designing and/or configuring solutions with similar planning and analytics technologies such as Oracle/Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive, Host Analytics, etc.

* You have obtained a One Stream Certifications
