Job Description

Job Title: Sr QA Automation Engineer

Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility of Extension into Permanent)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr QA Automation Engineer who can write automation scripts.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with development and platform development teams to ensure effective coverage of use cases.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality test cases and automation.

Participate in design discussions to create effective test strategies.

Diagnose problems and report bugs and enhancements.

Qualifications:

5+ years of enterprise testing experience (preferably Java API/JUnit/SoapUI testing).
Develop reusable automated testing suites to improve testing efficiency.
Lead and participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, system, and stress/load/performance testing.
Familiarity with Linux servers and bash scripting.
Record and report testing status/metrics.
Execute testing on both front-end and back-end systems.
Document, track, and report defects using appropriate tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrate the ability to drive product quality.
Discover functional and server requirements.
