Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in manual testing, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
- Automation experience is preferred, but the primary focus is on extensive manual testing.
- Insurance domain knowledge is highly desired, with experience in P&C or Life Insurance being a plus.
- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Expertise in using test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Test Rail.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or REST Assured is a plus.
- Understanding of SQL queries to validate data integrity in databases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
