Top real estate law firm is seeking a skilled land use attorney to join their team.

Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on land use matters, including project entitlements and administrative proceedings.

- Represent clients in hearings and negotiations related to zoning, permitting, and land development.

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide strategic recommendations.

- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver comprehensive solutions.

- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.

- Stay updated on changes in land use and real estate laws to ensure compliance.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing clear communication and expert guidance.

- Support team growth through mentoring and knowledge sharing within the group.

- Participate in firm-wide initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.

- Manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements

- Active license to practice law in California.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in land use law.

- Expertise in project entitlements, zoning regulations, and administrative proceedings.

- Strong legal research and analytical skills.

- Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
