Salary $140,000 - $175,000 per year

Civil litigation firm with multiple offices in California, Nevada, and Florida offering legal representation and counsel across a broad range of practice areas, including business litigation, employment law, financial services litigation, insurance defense, and construction law.

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, conducting depositions, and trial.
• Manage a caseload involving premises liability, products liability, CD claims, and general casualty.
• Conduct thorough and meticulous legal research and analysis.
• Engage in settlement negotiations with a focus on achieving favorable results for our clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to develop defense strategies.
• Attend court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience or interest in premises liability, products liability, construction defect, or general casualty.
