We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join our team in Walnut Creek, CA. This is a full‑time on‑site role where you will be responsible for handling litigation cases from inception to resolution. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing and responding to discovery, attending court hearings, participating in mediations, and providing strategic legal counsel to clients. Collaboration with clients to resolve issues and developing strategies for successful case outcomes will be central to the role.

Key Responsibilities- · Representing our clients in trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- · Digging into legal research to craft powerful case strategies.
- · Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements that win cases.
- · Interviewing clients and witnesses to uncover the facts that matter.
- · Participating in depositions and negotiations with poise and precision.
- · Advising clients on litigation risks, opportunities, and next steps.
- · Keeping case files buttoned up and organized like a pro.
- · Staying on top of new laws and trends to keep your edge sharp.

- · J.D. from an accredited law school
- · Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- · 5+ years of solid litigation experience (bonus points for healthcare or employment law)
- · Confident in civil procedure, evidence rules, and courtroom etiquette
- · Capable of managing multiple cases and deadlines without breaking a sweat
- · Stellar communication skills—both written and verbal
