Litigation Attorney

This is a strategic role for an attorney who is comfortable in the courtroom advocating for clients. You’ll handle everything from civil litigation to complex employment disputes. • Conduct legal research and create strong case strategies.
• Represent clients in trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Draft winning pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct client and witness discovery and depositions to uncover the key facts.
• Participated in negotiations.
• Advise clients keeping their best interests top of mind regarding litigation risks, and opportunities throughout the process.
• Stay abreast of new laws and trends.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• At least 5 years of litigation experience
• Experience in healthcare or employment law is a plus
• Track record of managing multiple cases and deadlines

• Experience with civil procedure, evidence rules, and courtroom etiquette
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Fluency with legal research tools

$125,000-$250,000 per year
