Job Description
Litigation Associate needed for Walnut Creek, California, Law Firm with 5-7 years of experience practicing law with recent general/business litigation experience.
This is a long-standing (over 4 decades) law firm, with two offices in California and one in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Requirements- Licensed to practice law in California
- 5-7 years of practicing law
- Recent experience in general/business litigation
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Legal Research and writing
- Attend court hearings, conferences and client meetings
- Negotiate settlements
- Conduct Depositions
- Attend and represent clients in Mediation and Settlement Conferences
- Seve as Trial Counsel and participate in trial preparation
- Heavy Discovery experience
An excellent benefits package is provided and, salary is DOE, however, it is in the ballpark of $160-210K for this position.
