Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in California
- 5 - 7 years of practicing law
- Recent experience in General/Business Litigation
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Duties:
- Legal Research and writing
- Attend court hearings, conferences, and client meetings
- Negotiate settlements
- Conduct Depositions
- Attend and represent clients in Mediation and Settlement Conferences
- Serve as Trial Counsel and participate in trial preparation
