We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands‑on experience in personal injury law, with or without prior experience. While candidates from top schools with excellent credentials are preferred, they are not required. We value a strong drive, commitment to client service, and a desire to succeed in the field of personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in all phases of personal injury cases, from initial investigation through to settlement or trial.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and gather pertinent information.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Support in the investigation process by collecting and organizing evidence.
  • Maintain and manage case files with precision, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Interview clients and witnesses to collect statements and relevant case details.
  • Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and related regulations.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations.
  • Take and defend depositions as required.
  • Provide critical support to the legal team in preparing for trials.
Qualifications
  • Must be admitted to the California Bar, or eligible for admission by 2026.
  • Previous experience in personal injury law is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong skills in legal research and document drafting.
  • Experience in a law office or similar legal setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to win cases and advocate for clients who have been wrongfully injured.
  • An enthusiastic approach to learning and gaining experience rapidly.
