We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team and contribute to our tradition of excellence in defense litigation.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
• 3-7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial general liability defense (insurance defense experience preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise or strong interest in one or more of the following areas: construction, product liability, premises liability, transportation, or retail/hospitality. Candidates with experience in multiple areas are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral advocacy and client communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with insurance coverage analysis or bad faith litigation is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with legal technology and case management software.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving favorable outcomes.
