Salary: $160,000 - $250,000 per year.

- Handle Class Action and PAGA matters from start to finish, including discovery, depositions, and motion work.
- Prepare for and attend trial as necessary.
- Conduct legal research to stay current on labor and employment laws and regulations and ensure clients are informed and compliant.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing effective legal solutions.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
