Warehouse Analyst

About the Role

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between Kinder’s internal operations teams and third‑party warehousing partners. The role focuses on streamlining inventory management, enhancing warehouse best practices, and driving continuous improvement across inbound, outbound, and overall supply‑chain processes.

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Inventory Management teams to optimize warehouse utilization and inventory flow.
• Create cost‑saving measures that reduce overall warehouse expenses while maintaining service quality.
• Proactively identify risks in warehouse operations, including delays, disruptions, and compliance challenges.
• Develop contingency plans, enforce process controls, and write SOPs to maintain high operational standards.
• Serve as a project member for new facility openings or operational transitions.
• Help develop warehouse KPI scorecards and 3rd‑party warehouse audit & continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate receiving and shipping performance.
• Align warehouse operations with customer expectations to strengthen relationships and build loyalty.
• Maintain open communication with internal teams and external partners to support a consistent, positive customer experience.
• Support adaptation of warehouse operations to meet changing business needs, including seasonal fluctuations and new product launches.

• 3‑5 years of on‑the‑job warehouse experience, preferably in consumer‑packaged goods (CPG) supply chain.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and self‑starter skills; must work independently while maintaining commitment to task completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; works effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply‑chain management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Preferred certifications:
  Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement, or ASCM certifications.

The role is based in Walnut Creek, California. Expected starting salary range: $105,000‑$115,000 per year, contingent on qualifications and experience.
