• Lead end-to-end legacy network transition projects, migrating customers to optimal services while retiring outdated equipment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, align project plans/budgets, manage POR execution, track risks, and report deliverables.

• 4+ years relevant experience
• Project management background (technical or construction preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage tight timelines, competing priorities, and translate technical specs into requirements

• PMI process/standards familiarity
• Experience with SPM, OCNR, Receiver Details
