- Schedule: Full Time
- Patient Assessment: Monitor conditions and assess needs to provide individualized care and expert advice.
- Clinical Communication: Observe and interpret symptoms, ensuring clear and timely communication with physicians.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with the medical team to devise and implement personalized care plans for every resident.
- Core Procedures: Perform routine clinical procedures (vital signs, injections, wound care) and maintain meticulous charting and documentation.
- Licensure: Current, valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required).
- Mindset: A team player who is dedicated to patient safety and quality of life.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute setting.
