• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week,

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required,

• Minimum 1 year of L&D experience required for Level 1 RNs; minimum 2 years required for Level 2 and higher RNs,

• L&D specialty experience must be within the 2 years preceding the assignment start date,

• Two clinical references required from the last two places of employment, covering the last year, from someone in a leadership role (Nurse Manager, Director, or Charge Nurse),

• 7-year employment history required, including facility names, specialties, and dates worked; gaps greater than 30 days must be explained,

• Current skills checklist required (valid within one year),
