Position Details
  • Position: Part Time
  • Shifts Available: AM, PM, and NOC
  • Location: Tice Valley Post Acute – 1975 Tice Valley Blvd, Walnut Creek, CA 94595
  • Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Enjoy our popular 4 Days On / 2 Days Off rotating schedule for improved work‑life balance

CNA Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident's care plan
  • Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
  • Respond promptly and compassionately to resident call lights and requests
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Support residents with meals and daily living activities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
  • Current and active California CNA certification required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare setting
